Therapy is a confidential space to share your feelings and thoughts. I am very much guided in my work by what my client brings. All sessions are for 1 hour and are mostly on a weekly basis. It is up to each individual how long they feel they need to attend but as a guide: short term means 6-8 weeks for a more specific issue. This doesn't mean you cannot be in therapy for longer, just time to check out how things are going. Non-limited which is longer than 6 weeks because you might decide to look at other aspects of your life which you hadn't thought of bringing before. It can be daunting making the first step but if you are reading this, then you already have.
